
Meet Caro!
I moved to the US from France 20+ years ago not knowing St. Louis would become my forever family home.
I have a passion for food and I cook and bake everything from scratch. I started teaching cooking classes in 2014 with “Les Ateliers de Caro”, and I began doing some coccasional catering at the same time. In 2019 I decided to pursue a professional training in French pastry (CAP de patisserie). With this diploma in hand, I was now ready to create my LLC and “Chez Caro” was born in 2020.
My goal is to share my love for French desserts with the St. Louis community by creating fine baked goods in the warmth of my home.
